Australia’s telehealth provider Eucalyptus was bought for $1.2B by its US-based peer company Hims & Hers to broaden its personalized care business in new international markets.
EGym was acquired by Playlist Technologies
EGym, a smart gym solutions and fitness apps provider out of the US, was acquired by US-based wellness experiences platform Playlist Technologies for $7.5 billion in January to enable a wider range of product offerings, robust clinical programs, and a larger geographic reach.
Masimo acquired by Danaher
US-based patient monitoring technology company, Masimo was pocketed by US medical device maker, Danaher for almost $10B, bulking up its diagnostics portfolio and strengthening its position in the acute care market.
