Irish digital validation and quality process automation software provider, kneat.com was acquired by US PE firm, Thoma Bravo for $452M at 9.1 times revenue to expand into life sciences market and to cement kneat’s position on the market.

WellSheet, an AI-based EHR software out of the US, to Netherlands-based science and healthcare information analytics services provider, was acquired by Elsevier in June to provide clinicians with better patient-specific guidance.

US-based AI-powered patient engagement software Bonsai Health was purchased by Indian AI-based EHR and practice management software ModMed to automate the front-office tasks for its customers and expand its agentic AI capabilities.

French cardiovascular and neurovascular robotic assistance systems developer Robocath was bought by US-based robotic cardiac navigation systems provider Stereotaxis for $20M to expand its robotic endovascular portfolio and support the development of next-generation robotic systems. 

Australia’s telehealth provider Eucalyptus was bought for $1.2B by its US-based peer company Hims & Hers to broaden its personalized care business in ⁠new ‌international markets.

US-based patient monitoring technology company, Masimo was pocketed by US medical device maker, Danaher for almost $10B, bulking up its diagnostics portfolio and strengthening its position in the acute care market. 

EGym, a smart gym solutions and fitness apps provider out of the US, was acquired by US-based wellness experiences platform Playlist Technologies for $7.5 billion in January to enable a wider range of product offerings, robust clinical programs, and a larger geographic reach.
