We tracked disclosed valuations of HealthTech deals ranging from under 1 time revenue to 7.5 times; the median sales multiples across subsectors were 7.3 times in the Healthcare Data Management subsector, 2.7 times in the Healthcare Ops subsector, 2.1 times in the Telehealth subsector. Public companies in HealthTech exhibited median multiples of 1.5 times revenue and 17.7 times EBITDA. Furthermore, 62% of sellers operated under a SaaS business model, and at least 24% engaged in the development of deep technologies such as AI and ML.
